The master bedroom has a king size bed, luxury en-suite shower room,

The second bedroom has 2 single beds which can be configured as a super king size, if preferred. Smart HD TV. Use of family bathroom with a tub.
Lounge / Kitchen Diner
The lounge/ kitchen diner is fully equipped with all you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
Enjoy use of BOSCH appliances, wine cooler and a washer/ dryer is tucked away in the utility cupboard,
just in case you need it!
The dining table seats four people, and there are bar stool for extra guests.
The apartment offers high speed WiFi and a 50 inch 4K Smart TV/DVD and Sonos Sound Bar.
The giant 5 seater sofa adds a touch of luxury and provides an inviting space to kick back and enjoy your favourite box set!
Outside space
Apartment 13 is situated on the first floor and has
a covered lateral balcony space.
Table and chairs provide a perfect spot for alfresco dining and the
L- shaped sofa gives extended entertaining space,
or the perfect spot to curl up with a good book.
Access to the St Michael's Resort grounds is quick and easy and the apartment is adjacent to the gym, fitness studio and pool and a short hop from the award winning restaurant and bar area.
Guests can enjoy the convenience of the large Co-op, which is situated on the ground floor of The Liner building. The sandy Gylly beach is directly in front of the building and a 10 minute stroll takes you to Falmouth town
via the railway station.
The apartment has a dedicated car parking bay, in a barrier controlled secluded private car park - visible from the balcony.
